Meet Allison
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer virtual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, and the everyday overwhelm that life can bring. I work especially well with high-functioning individuals who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally. If you’re feeling stretched thin, emotionally stuck, or struggling to manage your mental health, you’re in the right place.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. With over 20 years of experience, I’m committed to creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to make meaningful change. I won’t just listen—I’ll help you understand patterns, gently challenge what’s not working, and build practical tools you can use in your daily life.
My passion for emotional well-being began while supporting students in a middle school setting, advocating for their social and emotional needs. That early experience continues to shape how I show up today—with empathy, consistency, and care.
I also live with generalized and social anxiety, so I understand how exhausting it can be just to get through the day—and how hard it can feel to reach out for help. That’s why I’ve created a virtual space that is flexible and nonjudgmental, where we can focus on your needs, at your pace, from the comfort of your own space.
Together, we’ll explore patterns, identify triggers, and navigate what you’re experiencing while building a toolbox of practical strategies to help you feel more clear, grounded, and in control.
If you’re considering taking the next step, it’s okay to feel unsure. You don’t have to have everything figured out—I’d be honored to support you along the way.
